i believe what ur saying/stance on drugs,but 5'8 on your stocky frame is still pretty big not small and the 6'2 245 #means nothing cause if your big enough and pretty much in decent shape some of the 5'8 bodyparts will match up with the taller /heavier guy due to the thickness achieved by being shorter.

Not sure what you are asking me here.

Of course there is always the possibility that the occasional bottle is fucked up and impossible to open, which may have been the problem here. I merely wanted to let people know that squeezing a squeezable bottle can help force it open. I imagine one might not like the side effects of doing this with carbonated drinks since you'd be putting pressure on the carbonation which could result in someone getting covered is syrupy soda. My wife drinks bottled ice-tea like it is water. I often have to open the bottles for her because her grip strength is even worse than mine.

This is a good example of how distorted our views get. 195 lbs. at a height if 5'8" is huge as compared to what normal people weigh. Bodybuilders have a different standard than normal folks though, don't they?

Trust me, I am not criticizing you in anyway. I am only a little more than 2" taller than what you say you are and I weigh around 207 most of the time. When I look in the mirror, I see a skinny guy. I have the same distorted view of what is normal as do many fellows who lift. Currently my quads are right at 25"....total toothpicks in my opinion. My biceps are 17" which is beyond pathetic. Like a lot of guys who hit the gym on a regular basis, I have lost touch with reality when it comes to how much the average male weighs and how they look.

I am the average retired Oregonian, I admit to doing whatever is necessary to keep fit and somewhat big at my advanced age of almost 69 years. This is one of the joys of getting older....there is no reason to pretend anymore, not that I ever have.
