I always use the gap between door frame or the smack the top on the floor trick. there is also the use my shirt method especially if I seen someone struggle before hand

It's because of the new eco-friendly bottles. The plastic is so thin the whole bottle twists with the cap. It makes it h-e-double toothpicks to get one open.
