Oh yeah, our real galeniko is the one that says "nah" a lot, and uses one incomplete sentence per line.  ;D

I have been using the post count method. RealGal is two thousand something. The Shizzo/Halo gimmick is in the low hundreds.

why not be an adult and tell her to leave?

you use the courts like a little bitch and she's gonna use the courts as well because she IS a bitch, and in court, she will win because she's a woman and you're a nerd who lives a fantasy life on the internet.

It's not being a bitch if you own the property and someone refuses to leave.  Doing it the proper way can save a lot of headaches and they can't fight the eviction unless they are a co owner.

depends where you live. If you live in US you can deny her entry only if there is no written tenant agreement in place I believe (this is assuming you are not married to her).
If you are living in Kazahstan (regardless married or not) jut use this gif as a solution to problem.
