Not possible without drugs, apart from the size and leaness the look and density of the muscle isn't possible naturally.

I would say yes, but he's a fitness model, so probably on some low dose test and anavar.

700mg drost p
150mg test p
100mg anavar ed

and a diuretic like HCTZ or aldactone 1-2 tabs each night for a week before the photoshoot.
