Beef. ive been eating 6-8oz top sirloin every night for months... lost 55 lbs so far and still coming off.

You know, I used to do that, back in the day... then I realized that it's completely unnecessary, and there is plenty of ways to eat clean and still make the food enjoyable.

I lied, I use whey in the morning because I have no appetite and PWO.


Meal 1: 2 scoops whey, 2 packets oats, 1 banana in blender.

Meal 2: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 packets oats, 3 fish oil caps

Pre Workout Drink

Meal 3: 2 scoops whey, 2 packets oats, 1 banana

Meal 4: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 packets oats, 3 fish oil caps, muilt-vit

Meal 5: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 packets oats, 3 fish oil caps

Total Protein = 300 Grams - 1200 cals
Total Carbs = 360 Grams - 1440 cals
Total Fat = 55 Grams - 495 cals

Total Cals = 3,095


*Cals are closer to 2800 at the moment. Looks more like 300 grams protein, 300 grams carbs, 50 grams fat.

Solid meal plan

I stay around 2500 cals per day Low low carb heavy chicken shellfish lean beaf and vegetable salads with olive oil mostly cucumber tomato onion combo

No breakfast.....1500 cal lunch

500-1000 cal dinner

Lots of hot tea with lemon throughout the day....water

Like shit, but it's not because of the current diet, lol. It's because of way to much fast food. Lol.

Anyway, my point was that there are other meats and carbs that have the similar macros, and plenty of seasonings and ways to prepare it that dont involve having bland, dry shit day in and day out......, but I think we both know you were just trying to sound hardcore. Lol.  :D

Anway, current diet

5 A.M. - 3 whole eggs, 2 pieces whole wheat toast

9 A.M. - 2 scoops whey protein in water

11 A.M. - 10 oz chicken breast/thighs seasoned with garlic herb or Webers "Chickn' Rib" w/green veggies or 1/2 cup rice depending on how I feel

5 P.M. - 8 oz Sirloin seasoned with seal salt and cracked pepper, or Weber "chicago steak" and w/green veggies or 1/2 cup brown rice depending on how I feel

I hear you bro but there is something to be said about clean food. I have experimented a ton with different foods etc.. Have to take into account sodium levels, fiber levels, etc..

for example, compared to my chicken and white rice diet at the same calorie level, my stomach is much tighter eating the oats. this is because the fiber in the oats fucken cleans me out every morning so i am literally not holding any shit inside. lol. its the little details you notice over time with experimentation and how your body reacts to things.

i know adonis talks about cals are cals but the look is just not the same, especially when you are lean enough to see the small differences.

I don't necessarily agree about the calorie is a calorie thing, but I do try to diversify. I edited my earlier post, this is pretty much my diet now.

Thats not that many calories really at all.  That amount of calories will get you ripped for sure.   

Here is what I had today

4 servings of Blue Bell Butter Crunch Ice Cream
6 Banana Split Oreo Cookies
2 Lemon Oreo Cookies
1 Lime Chobani Greek Yogurt
Large Buttermilk Biscuit
Half of Deep Fried Chicken
6 Cucumbers
6 Tomatoes

I still have more calories left.
