Its an ebook I sold in 2012 that details the use of anabolic steroids, Peptides, Liver Protection, Weight Loss Drugs, UG Labs and much more.  Its 100 pages in all and a great read.

Because I don't have the traffic or ties that other places do, I have to utilize the resources I have available to promote Anabolic Mayhem and its working very well.  My Alexa rate is getting better by the week and I'm getting more traffic and revenue from the site

A book you wrote? Or a book you just sold?

Its classified as a public domain book.  I've edited the edition along with a few other people in order to bring it into the modern age.  It was originally called "The Cookbook" back in 2002.

I thought that adding on a great ebook with the radio show would increase overall traffic and it did quite nicely

Yes, it was just a 2 page report with exercise photos.  I wrote a number of those back in the day to sell more expensive ebooks.
