From Jay on MD: "I posted these pics to show you guys something... and keep others wondering.. What I will let you in on is I am NOT coming small to the show, Im coming as big and ripped as possible and I want to stand with the best. I am very serious over here in my prep eat meal is weighed and changed daily by Chris... Cardio is changing everyday, even has some days just easy with the weights as Im not trying to over fatigue my body... you have to be smart just not oh lets see how much I can bench or squat, thats amature shit, thats not going leave any legacy or win at this level... smart guy wins everytime... in the end. Believe.. stay tuned"
Jay looks good which just adds to this Olympia. Phil, Kai, Jay, Rhoden. realistically, any one of these guys can win the show. It's gonna be awesome. And props to Jay for appearing to make himself a legit threat.
Rhoden is lucky to crack the Top 5 again. He's the modern day Badell, one lucky Top 3 spot and forever forgotten....
Legacy. There you have it ladies and gents... this is Jays motivator.Legacy.Now if only Jay knew that to leave a legacy in this industry, you need a minimum of 7 Olympia titles to your name...And even then. You may need to be of Austrian decent in order to leave a legacy.
If Jay wins that year he'll go down in history as the greatest BB of all time. This should be a motivator.
Cant tell if youre joking or not; there is Arnold, and Ronnie, and Dorian, and Haney, and...
You are insane. If Rhoden improves his back, he's better than Heath.
Jay is gonna win the O. He's freakin' HUGE. And ripped more than ever. Wow. He wins this title. Look at the thickness he has added, at the exact same height. He has this!
1 Phil - The past Mr O gets props if it's close.2 Kai - He should win but will not get the judging.3 Jay - Going backwards his time is up.The rest who knows, who cares.
x2If jay brings his 2009 form, it can be changed .
that was 4 years ago. he's 40. he's been at it 20 years. he's had inuries and has been inactive for the better half of 2 years.he CAN win, but it'd be the story of the decade. It'd be huge. Possible, not probable.
Back is something that Kai/Phil develop over the past 2 years, training like monsters and keeping their heads down.Jay was small for at least 50% of the past 2 years, focusing on other things. Even when he was training, it was big arms and chest for the autographs. I have to think the deadlift rack time that Kai and Phil spent, WILL show on the O stage. You can't fake 2 years of heavy ass back training.
And his conditioning..
maybe he should hire roelly's trainer to get his conditioning up to a decent level
His arms & legs have great detail, it's 'only' his back & mid section that needs more polishing. He was recently over here in Rotterdam. Not sure if he saw Sibil as well, but he has no reason to switch with Chris Aceto as 'guru'.I'm also not sure if Sibil is still Roelly's coach, since he left the Netherlands.
it was a sarcastic remark you dense mother fucker
