Very few trainers in the continence gyms are in good shape. Perhaps not overweight, but not anything impressive either.

my mrs is a hair and nail technician, her hair and nails are always immaculate, not only for herself but because she is an advert for her craft/profession. There is no excuse for a personal trainer to be a fat fuck, who would want to be told what to do by someone who can't practice what they preach.
