The zimmerman case was interesting because it was about GUN LAWS, and NOT RACE.  Everyone involved on both sides of the legal battle admitted race had nothing to do with it - it was about self-defense.  only busybodies and pubdits and radio show hosts made it about race to get people all riled up.

seems like this is the case here too... 3 a-holes decided to kill some dude.  Send them to death row.  period.  There isn't gun law precedent in 30 states at stake in this case.  there is no confusion about who attacked who, or who was justified to shoot and when.  This is cut n dry.

Let me ask you this: How many people did those few whiteys kill, combined? Now how many people get killed by gang bangers every day? I'm guessing the combined death toll from white extremists is about what kniggers kill every week in the US, right? Several thousand every year, versus about 200-250 total for those you mentioned.

And then I'm not even getting into the argument that at least some of those whites had a reason for what they did. Maybe not good reasons (in our eyes), but at least a few of those had a reason. It wasn't the completely senseless random murdering that is celebrated in black culture.

What makes it a hate crime is wether or not it was motivated by a persons (the victim's) percieved race,ethnicity,religion or sexual oreintation. Clearly not relevant in the Hernandez case as the motivation is has been established.

It does not necessarily have anything to do with the perpetrators race,ethnicity,religion or sexual oreintation. Just the perp's perception of the victim. For example the victim does not have to be gay but if the perpetrator percieves the victim to be gay and is motivated to harm the victim because of it, then it is a hate crime.
