This is the thing that gets me. To think that there are laws that allow an entity to promote itself via a person's mugshot, etc., is absolute bullshit. It is a brutal strike at the citizens, and a clear attempt to create a perma-class - which goes against everything America stands for.

There should be a process in place, by which a person must register for the information, and a record must be kept to show that the request took place.

Many states, you can search out the person's or your own criminal record, of when you need to go to court. This is brought to up by the State's Judiciary. Soon, warrants may be posted online, once they are issued by the judge. This can help LE served them quicker, instead of looking for the hard copy.
