They use eagle brand medicated oil and a coin to scrape the back. I'm sick right now so I want to get this done anyway, but I might also do it for all the kinks in my neck and back. Chinese people do it with a blunt soup spoon. I wrote it off as an old Asian wive's tail but any time I have it done I swear it helps.
