Truth

Maybe when more of these punks start getting off'ed they will reconsider their burglary plans and start  caring if they look/act/dress like thugs.
Because wearing a hoodie makes one look like a "thug"?
Black male youth everywhere, before going out, should ask themselves, "should I wear a hoodie, for fear of looking like a thug...and possibly being stopped?"
Yet, white male youth can wear hoodies...

Let's be real here, people who want to look tough dress and act tough, period. Then they shouldnt be surprised whatever comes at them.
Everyone chooses the way they want to portray themselves in society and are responsible for it.

Only strawman didnt figure that out.

yeah, they tricked him into going over there so they could "execute their brilliant plan of calling 911"

It seems I've once again overestimated the intelligence of a poster on this board

Exactly.  And there is certainly nothing wrong about judging or profiling someone by the way they look or by the way they are dressed or by their mannerisms.

Zimmerman has a bodyguard he is paying to travel with him.
Interesting that the bodyguard is black. PR stunt? Or does it prove he is not racist?

???

What about Snoop Dog, Jay-Z and Robert Blake?  ???
What about them?
People like Zimmerman will often times put themselves into situations, where they can accused of wrong doing, again. Whether it be dealing with a spouse that they shouldn't have married. Going back to hang out with certain friends. Or alleged gun issues. The situation can be exaggerated. But, somehow, someway, they figure a way to implicate themselves.

Example, a dude who is in a volatile relationship with a woman, and the cops keeping coming to the house. They constantly are assaulting one another. They have a child together. He beats a charge of battery.
But, the next weekend, he's right back at the same place, with the same woman. And catches another charge. He's found guilty, and with conditions of no contact. What does he do, contacts her, from the jail. He gets violated, and more time tacked on. So, when he gets out, and the woman has moved away. What does he do? He tracked her down of course. Follow the rabbit hole on this. It could be drugs, or theft instead of assault. It doesn't matter. You'll find that certain people will either consciously or unconsciously put themselves in situations, where they are accused of certain things, even if the accusations are blown out of proportion.

Let's be real here, people who want to look tough dress and act tough, period. Then they shouldnt be surprised whatever comes at them.
Everyone chooses the way they want to portray themselves in society and are responsible for it.
And we saw the video of him at the store, he neither looked tough, nor dressed tough. Just looked like some typical kid.

fit the profile = being young and black ?

In a neighborhood that was 40% black, don't forget.  There are only a couple of GB'ers that seem to be dumber than George, yet many defend him.  It's mystifying.

How is it mystifying?  If someone hits you, slams your head on concrete, you have every right to use deadly force.  I don`t care what color Ashtray was.

Way to rush to judgement.  It sounds like there was an argument as someone was moving all of their stuff out of the house.  I doubt George threatened them with a gun, but they knew they could call the police on him and they would come and place him in investigative detention until they figure out what happened.  This is common procedure and happens all the time.  If they find nothing significant, they will release him.

You're not being so clear; Are you or are you not saying that someone made false allegations about GZ brandishing a weapon?  Because it that "someone" is the soon-to-be ex-wife (or her people), I think it's extremely unlikely that she's trying to lie to law enforcement about anything considering how that approach so recently bit her on the ass last time...

The point about violating a no contact order from jail cracks me up, and I have heard numerous stories of it happening.

The rules with that stuff aren't entirely fair though. A guy's money, cars, everything can be locked down. Out of their control.

2 police stops, divorce and a domestic incident questioning in a 5 week stretch?

LOL... Yeah, dude ain't living right.  It'll be another few months and he'll be under arrest once again.

Sorry, but that much shit doesn't just happen to people.  You know, people who know how to control themselves and follow the law.

He's addicted to it. I mean, he finally become "someone" thru all this drama. For a fat ugly looking nobody like him whose only achievement in life was to marry an even bigger fatass, it was just too much. Were He smart he d just make as much money as possible out of it all and keep discreet and humble, obviously he has no or bad advisers. This is when having morality would help, but he obviously lacks it too.

when you toss in the "victory lap" as he toured the plant where they built the gun use to shoot a teenager, and he's smiling and posing with it...

Well, you're totally right.  He's walking around like he's a rock star.  Reading message boards, seeing "Zimm is a hero!" and laughing, truly believing he's this awesome vigilante who doesn't need to drive the speed limit.

This story will not end well.  He's going out of his way to live fast and be in the spotlight.  Imagine OJ touring a knife factory and posing with one, laughing.  Imagine Casey Anthony taking "selfies" with a bottle of chloroform?

Dude is a train wreck waiting to derail.  I just hope he keeps his fat ass on that side of Florida.  I will call 911 if I ever see that man... cause trouble seems to follow him.

Yep.  Thats exactly what happened.

Hours later, Shellie Zimmerman changed her story and said she never saw a firearm, said Bracknell. For the time being, "domestic violence can't be invoked because she has changed her story and says she didn't see a firearm," Bracknell said.

Thats not always true at all.  Sometimes you just get unlucky and people will look for every opportunity to take advantage of someone if they can.

People were saying the same things about Charlie Sheen a few years ago and he owned them all, dropping all drugs and continuing his "winning" spree.
