Yeah, but didnt Ronnie train heavy even before a show? I mean, I know a lot of it was for the camera, but he still trained with decent weight.
1) Ronnie was not of this planet. If you cannot do something that Ronnie could, well, that doesn't really mean you suck.
2) even though RC would deadlift for a double just to ham it up for the camera, normally he trained volume like most pros. Granted he used weights far beyond what you or i could ever dream of, but yeah 10-15 reps was the rep range mostly
