Rami's quads lack great development?  hahahaha.  You might be blind, but the rest of us are not.  Rami's quads look to be more heavily developed than Platz's, to be honest.  He does lack the deep separation Platz has, but it seems like many of the heavily developed GH-users look the same way.  Guys (Branch is a good example) can be super-hard, lean, and water-free but lack deep striations because they have so much dense muscle.

His genetic quad sweep looks weird/small. Platz is & always will be on another level with quads.

Not sure if serious.

I'm serious because I said "quads" and not "thighs".  Look at the pics; Rami's quads look a little thicker (more heavily developed) than Platz's.  Quads only, though -- I agree with some others that Rami's hamstrings are underdeveloped compared to his quads (though he'd probably have to have hamstrings like Prince once did for them to be balanced, lol).
 
Because Rami's pic is so bright, it's difficult to see depth, but if you go by width, his quads are bigger than Platz's.  Compared to Platz, Rami's v.medialis (teardrop) looks to be much bigger.  His v. lateralis is bigger, too, making his outside sweep more curved, more pronounced than Tom's.  Regarding muscular development (and not conditioning), Rami's quads are more developed than Tom's but Tom's inner "sweep" (is there such a thing?) looks better because of his superior hamstring development which is evident even when viewed from the front.
