not that lean but somewhere in between
I could not keep an ounce of fat on myself until I was 29 years old. My energy levels with through the roof up until then and to be honest, I also quit smoking cigarettes at 29. Only you know what your ideal weight is. A guy who is as in touch with his physical self as you are, knows what feels right and what doesn't. As far as how you look, the 300 lb. Falcon doesn't look healthy. Your a big guy in a lot of respects. You have a large bone structure and considerable height. Without a doubt you can healthfully carry more pounds then some of these bodybuilder midgets can. Just remember that weight is weight. Regardless of whether it is fat or lean weight, the more you weigh the harder it is on your heart muscle.
You won't like this comparison, but big dogs usually have shorter lifespans then the smaller breeds do. For example, a Great Dane, often only lives about 10 years which is equal to 70 years of age in human terms.
Keep listening to what your body tells you. Don't get too crazy with the weird diets and you are going to be just fine.
