Don't forget he has beaten 3 of the top open dudes competing today. Troy comes in at bout 209 down from 240 this summer. He will carb up to 218.  I just got off the line with him. He will have nailed the missing link....ham glute tie in.  I figure a top 2 duel with Flex.

through out his whole career he has had weak hams...but he was great everywhere else.
