Here's what will happen - Jay IS something like 240 pounds right now. Maybe 238?

He's gonna blow it up with a shitload of food, and HOPEFULLY nail it.

If he times it right, he will be big and shredded and dry and really look good. If he times it wrong, he'll look small and bloofy and probably develop a stomach flu that prevents him from competing.

yep, so jay could easier blow up 15+ pounds in the next 2 days. if he lost a lot of muscle in arms, his back is poor, his midsection swells... then a carb up will not be pretty. but he should be fine. he knows his stuff!
