I kept a decent diet and trained upper body as well as I could.

You passed me on the way down, I am sure that you'll pass me on the way up again!

I have no gyno .. just some man tits

20-30 min cardio on weight days and 1 hour non training days (3 and 3) .. light to moderate intensity
