Yep. Squat was 500 I believe.

those are my personal benchmarks for what I consider a strong person. Lots of guys can squat 4 wheels and bench 3.  5 and 4 is real strength.

I forgot the pasword from that account and don't have them public anymore..I have them on an older hardrive I believe I hope to recover them

nowadays I bench 135 for sets of 15  ;D

If I trained up to it for a few weeks I could probably still knock out 405. Maybe. It would be close.  I'm a 12-15 rep guy...no way I would get under that without some prep..a lot of Prep  ;D

I have learned my lessons the hard way .. with 2 herniated disks, my thorn tendon, I am learning to be smart about it .. I wish I knew this way back but we learn through experience.

I laugh at these powerlifters who swear up and down how great it is for your body to do heavy squats. until you blow out a disc or a knee.

Here's my legs while I squatted 225 max while clean .. I guess it boils down to genetics
