Someone made a post about Kai making about 20-25k a month from MM when he purchased an apartment in NY, not his ghetto front where he paints.  Ronnie was the apex guy at 45k a month from BSN.  I'm guessing Phil and Jay fall in between. Maybe Wolf can command top dollar but the other bbers aren't making big money b/c they arent marketable. That includes Dex who found out you take what they give you for guess posing.  I doubt Phil would turn down 5k.  With his O check and weekly tour money, Phil has to be hanging around 800*1M pretax. It seems like enough for a couple of cars, an Arvada house (down market purchase made it no more than a Vegas or TX home), rolex and preppy boy stuff.  As Shawn Ray once said, now, multiple that times x 10-12 so why can't i afford a lambo?  Phil's doing better than Flex for sure.
Kai aka Mr. Stashing It Away...I would like to know how much these endorsement are for, only speculation...
That car's a joke. At the rate Phil is spending, he's gonna have to stay in bbing to make more money because he can't manage for shit. At least Jay has a company going and is bringing in the dollars, scratch that. Company(s).
I don't think Phil spends that much...he doesn't go for the high dollar exotics, plus he can't really drive them in the Colorado winters, and he's always traveling. I think he has cars which his wife doesn't mind driving when he is traveling.

Leave it to Chevrolet to put a gear shift lever the size of a crowbar into the steering wheel assembly. They need to get with the times and put a small shift lever or dial in the center console like the big boys do.

That post on Kai was by a MM employee if I'm correct.  But he did waste a lot of money taking care of Oscar.

Phil got that house for nothing.  The last several months I was in Denver, I was offered an owner sale on a 3bd/3bth 1850 sq with a basement for $137k and the owner was trying  to move it and get back to Arkansas.  That was in Park Hill (older part of the city).  I know he got that Arvada house cash on hand for nothing.  Dude is 7 yrs (pro since 2006 which some people forget) in IFBB as a top earner (big contract out the box with muscletech when jay was with them) with another 10-12 yrs to go.  My guess due t his size and machine training his body holds up like Jay and Dex vs Ronnie and Yates,

Raises a good question though, what does a top 10 bodybuilder make

250,000 just for winning the 0.

i have heard muscle tech matches winnings so maybe he just made 500k before tax?

there comes a point where the "new model" thing is just making cars uglier and uglier. To me the best looking car is a Mercedes e320.

Dad gonna still make the insurance payment? :D

I'm not saying just machines but he uses them more than the usual suspects.  Most of his chest work is machines.  I've never seen a video with him doing dumbbells or straight bar regularly like Coleman.

of course. I've never paid for car insurance a day in my life. My parents even cover my speeding tickets. I swear the way you americans throw your kids to the street and expect them to "make it on their own" and cut them off is disgusting. I dated a southern girl who at 22 had to pay her own medical bills, that's bull.

In Jewish culture your children are seen as miracles, and you give them everything you have. Can you Please tell me the last time you heard of a jewish chick  hating her father? Or stealing from her parents? Never....the theory is this- you spoil the kid with anything they want when their young, so by the time they get older they get bored of it......and fancy objects don't appeal  to them anymore so they look for more meaningful things in life.

I can drive any car I want, if I asked my parents........yet I drive a piece of shit truck ....I could easily live at home in a 5,000 square foot home but i live in a dump and give two shits about the car I drive.  why? because of the environment I was raised in. Going over to my friends houses, and seeing their parents not having a Mercedes in the driveway was weird to me.

nice things don't mean anything to me.

on a side note, if A car is too  smooth it's not appealing to me ...I feel like its driving me. I like bumpy rides....I like to stick my hand out the window and reach down the door, and feel the car  'turn with me". I like seeing the passengers seat bounce and hit the sealing when I go over a huge bump too fast and am blasting the hell out of my piece of shit stereo. Those things don't happen with nice cars lol.

The problem is, a lot of American'ts ARE spoiled. Spoiled rotten. Can smoke, drink, do drugs in HS at home, and the parents don't care, the parents condone it. When they get to be adults, parents constantly bonding out of jail. If they go to college, and once they graduate, the parents go with them on job interviews, even negotiate their salaries...basically tons of today's young adults have their parents hold their hands throughout life.
