47 years old and still feeling pretty good. I have a decent squat and bench, 19'' arms cold at 215 lbs. bwt, never did drugs .... but the strength is starting to drop on my pressing movements it seems. Every third or fourth workout my pressing power dips slightly for reps, usually can hit 315 x 12 with good form - no arch .... any day of the week on bench but lately 315 x 11 with good form has been about it, maybe father time is calling.
Cardio is nothing anymore, but I don't train it either, just a pick up basketball game in the old guys league once a week. That 90 some feet is getting longer from end to end every month it seems.
