when i trained on budget backbone of my diet was was following:
Meal one
4 eggs, 100g of rice, milk or acid milk
Meal two
4 eggs, 100g of rice, milk or acid milk
Meal three
4 eggs, 100g of rice, milk or acid milk
cottage chesse
and i did this shit for months, sometimes switched eggs with chicken liver.
and worked in home made gym from wood and suitable metal objects.
I sometimes laugh at all that warrior bodybuilding videos and their "hard" bodybuilding life.
