Once again..no reason to lie, I just think you guys are completely brainwashed into believing what magazines preach, I honestly never juiced, and have nothing against anyone that does juice, just don't need it to achieve the look I like. Cardio, I do it every single morning, I've missed maybe a handful of am sessions since winning my competition last November, once again I have no reason to lie, not trying to impress people, I think either you guys are just putting limits to yourselves, never pushed your body's to see how much you can actually produce if you try, the food thing is not anything crazy either, I work 10 hours a day everyday for five months straight, my body requires tons of energy everyday to operate. Why is this so unbelievable?? Maybe if you putting parameters on your eating and training and try to experiment with food and training you might get better results..Also this is doing this completely drug free, not even allowed to take ephedra, we are randomly drug tested monthly onboard, as well as going through TSA type security whenever getting off and on the ship, bags searched, metal detectors the whole nine yards....stop putting limits on yourselves  Picture below, a 90 minute session on the stair gauntlet, a session I do twice a week, once on Maui and once on Kauai

You're not tested for steroids just rec drugs. Like groink said you must have the metabolism of a hummingbird. If I ate that big of a breakfast every morning I would be 400 to 500lbs minimum.

Tell me if i'm missing something here, but if gay4it does on average 500 kcals a day in cardio, (inc. weigh training) has a good metabolism - say a BMR of about 2.5k kcals, why can he not eat a 1500 kcal breakfast?

Maybe he eats lean meats and veggies for the rest of the day, including what he burns through cocksucking and other cardio, he's still around his daily needs Kcal wise?

Maybe so...I just eat according to my activity levels, I know I have an active lifestyle so it requires a lot of fuel to function day to day...you have to see what some of these other crew members eat on a daily basis, my breakfast is big..no doubt, but theres others onboard that are taking down just as much if not more calories with their meals then I am, mainly black dudes..i see these guys eat a plate full of hashbrowns (with ketchup) bacon, scambled eggs, grits, pancakes (smothered in syrup) a side bowl of cereal (usually fruit loops or lucky charms) and a big glass of concentrate oj, these guys stay super lean and just play basketball a few days a week, this is just their breakfast you have to see what they eat for lunch, burgers, fries, pizza, pb and j's, always concentrated juices with tons of sugar or just sodas...let me guess they are all on hormones too..

Lies lies and more lies. We went through this years ago. Stop bullshitting. You have a decent build despite your skinny legs and stay always at 6-8% .. yes everyone else needs to take stuff and eat strict to be at the same bodyfat levels.

BTW, the "don't put limits on yourself" line was absolutely priceless  ;D

He probably has a crazy metabolism, I know I did in my twenties. That along with cardio everyday is not unbelievable. As far as being natural only he knows if it's true!

I love the way I feel starting my day off with a cardio session, I am more energetic throughout the day, more alert, intense...tons of benefits I've noticed from this, also keeps me lean.

There is truth to that, plus since you're burning so much early in the day it raises your appetite and you're able to eat much more, hence your G-flux is very high.

Doing fasted AM cardio ( expecially for an hour) can burn muscle for most drug free folks.
