Yes, all the things listed matter, but personality plays a big part. Would you want to be around a woman with a bad attitude and personality, even if she was hot? Even Bobby Brown said that "A bad attitude I can't compete", If you say yes, then you have put her above you...you are willing to deal with a bad attitude all because she is a 10/10...now flip it. Would she deal with a man who is full of himself? Probably just for the funds, but she would be hitting off other dudes.

they all do the same fucking thing..go for a guy WITH MONEY in their 20's..pump out a few kids, then realize they don't even like this person. now 15 years have gone by and they are on POF looking for love, or just a normal single person... and really don't care how much money a guy has anymore..they learned that lesson. as long as you aren't a broke ass and have a decent career, they DO NOT CARE HOW MUCH MONEY YOU HAVE.
