Cellulitis involving the posterior arm and forearm. Looks like the kid sat on it for a couple of days. Just needs a course of broad spectrum antibiotics. He needs to prevent more edema which can lead to radial/ulnar nerve damage-- compartment issues. Looks to have some elbow involvement-- epicondylitis.
Too bad. If he caught this earlier he could still be competing.
He seems pretty sincere from what I have read.

 maybe for Halloween, his arm is going as Beyonce's cankles.  Or maybe he was trying to have jacked elbows, and this bruised kielbasa is just the (c)swole  look he was going for.  Or maybe he had an allergic reaction to winstrol the way I sometimes do to spinach. I mean my lips swell up, and I look like I got a bee sting in the mouth, so this could be exactly that, but like, you know, with a limb.
