Did you post to the wrong thread?  Isn't what you're saying more like when, say, conservatives are arguing in favor of voter ID laws (or no free fried chicken on Tuesdays or whatever) and then the opposition says "Well of course you want that because you're all RACISTS!" 

Cuz that ain't happening here as far as I can tell.  The TOPIC is racism in politics.  And I don't think anyone here is saying that anyone else here holds certain opinions due to being a racist (probably because all GB'ers are at least a little racist -  Who here doesn't have racist feelings about calf or back development? haha)

There are, but let's be honest here... The large percentage of the Tea Party electorate are from typical southern and more "rural" states... Sure, Montana is a lone wolf up north there, but let's be honest, what's in Montana?

Let's be real... These guys are all after a way to keep their power... whatever it takes to stay in office doing NOTHING but cashing a check... taking money from lobbyists... that's what they want to do.

This arguing among ourselves over which of the sides is the "good guy" is EXACTLY what they want us to do.

id say at least half of those states arent southern states so youre assumption while I agree is reasonable seems to be wrong. If you define southern as old south than a great deal more than 50% of those states are not southern as well.

I think from that graphic is pretty obvious that the tea party isnt simply a southern conservative phenomenon.

I think the more important thing to note is that pretty much all of the southern states have a Tea Party electorate involved somewhere. (Minus Va. and Arkansas it seems)

Northern states are far less likely.

Never said it was, just making the point that the prior president was denigrated quite a bit. Not racially, obviously, but the venom was there.

There is a HUGE amount of the black community that is EXTREMELY racist. Especially having lived around them... you coukd literally feel the hate flowing out of them. They routinely blame rhe white community for all their problems.

niw if the question is, are there more racist whites in a partocular party, id agree. But in general, including racist minorities, id havr to disagree.

Sadly I can agree with this. 

Some of the worst racists I have ever seen are Black men, ...specifically older Black men.
Having had to live through some of the most demeaning, demasculinizing, and degrading treatment is not easily forgotten, and does have a tendency to leave it's mark.

For me, I personally don't give a poop. People can be racist and ignorant all they want, it's their loss,
but I do have an issue when racism is combined with power. A racist without power is trivial & irrelevant.

A collective of racists with power... not so trivial, and not so irrelevant.
