    Activite Sport Multivitamin

    10 oz. Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Cooked White Rice

I think the Up Your Mass is about 800 cals per serving on it's own.

I'll start this diet tomorrow at work.

For obvious reasons I can't lift logs, stones and stuff but I work with a physically disabled person and I can lift him and do pushups.

Maybe I'll post some progress pics if the diet works.

No way does he eat that clean or regimented. Here's his real diet:

A lot of stuff, red meats and sOme carbohydrates. Some supps and some beers. Repeat several times a day

I make a large serving of Dark Matter at least once a day

usually right after I get up in the morning

Eyeballing it, that's like #8000 - 8500 calories.

I do believe the supplements, simply because he is comped those. I don't believe the diet as much, just last year he mentioned that it was mostly red meat, milk, and eggs that made up the bulk of his diet. I'm sure the calories fluctuate as well.

People have mentioned that he is much cleaner in diet than many Strongmen / Powerlifters.
