I read all the postings on th is thread. Im in disbelief! I cant believe this is happening!
Now the media is going to eat this up claiming riod rage and making the sport look bad.
Do you think this could hurt the sport of bodybuilding and fitness?
Man, I really feel bad for Kelly Ryan. I remember first seeing her when she won the Fitness America Pageant but back then she looked like a plain normal looking woman, a lot smaller than what she is today and very wholesome looking then.
This makes me feel bad for the both of them. Im shaking my head in dismay...
Jerry, apparently you don't know much about the long, sullied, history of bodybuilding (amateur and pro)! Going back to at least the 1940's, often serious, competitive, BBers, generally speaking, don't have much education, aren't "too bright"-an understatement!-are usually unemployed, and don't do much else except workout, lay around the beach/gym, and then "raise hell" in the evenings! Sort of like a bunch of irresponsible teenagers that never grew up and accepted adult responsibility! They usually claim that their efforts at BB "takes too much out of them" to allow time for them to be socially responsible citizens in society!
When these amateur/professional BBers couldn't make enough income off of their fag "fan support base", they supplemented their income with burglaries, muggings, robberies, murder, and, in recent years, illegal drug use/trafficking! Why, around 1959, the original Muscle Beach was closed down by the enraged Santa Monica city fathers because of a series of crimes committed by several Muscle Beach BB "residents", topped off with a statutory rape charge.
Why, Craig Titus' latest alleged murderous criminal act is merely a continuance of this long, checkered/tainted 60-odd year history of the criminal bodybuilding "lifestyle" in the general public/media spotlight. In recent years, the accusation of 'roid-rage has been added to the laundry-list of abberant socially-unacceptable/criminal behavior of "bodybuilders" in the public eye!
While there are many notable exceptions to the above statements, they sadly have applied (and still do apply!) to many amateur and pro. BBers (and wannabees) over the past six decades...and have duly received a lot of negative press!!
By the way Jerry, BB is NOT a sport...it is rather a backroom, closet, cult supported by mainly fags, schmoes, and a BB "industry" which tries to deceive you as to how the top BBers actually built their bodies and, in turn, fleece your pockets by trying to sell your worthless food supplements, courses, equipment, etc.!
