he is out of society now and i'm againt the death penalty but i also know the united states well enough...he will most likely get death if found guilty.

I think it's just as likely (perhaps more likely) that this is the result of spontaneous rage as it is of premeditation.  Also, Bundy and Dahmer were serial killers... the Tituses aren't (that we know of  ).
