540 x 1 bench - guy only weighs 215, but ALL upper body and juiced to the gills

465 x 2 incline press - this dude is also around 210-220...he is unreal, i also saw him spring jump from
a stance onto a 48" counter top with both feet....i have also seen him squatting 495 for a few reps
with no belt and his Nike Airs looked like they were going to blow

go ahead and call bullshit Chunk....i have no reason to make this shit up

In high school, my physics teacher benched 460 raw, weighing a bit under 200.  He was squating over 500, doing dips with 5 or 6 plates- he was insane!  He got me into powerlifting....

I've witnessed a HUGE powerlifter do 365lb  on incline press for over 10 full reps, at a fast pace, at Gold's Gym in Scottsdale.  He wasn't even struggling.  And this was doing numerous warm-ups. I was natural at the time, but looking back, I wonder how much test susp and anadrol this guy had in his system that day?  Still an amazing feat of strength regardless.

i saw this fat bitch get herself off the floor the other day after she tripped over one of her own rolls on the treadmill.  She must have been about 550 lbs.

Impressive that she was able to get back on her feet without a spotter

The first day I spent in my gym I saw this giant 6'3 260-270 seated dumbel curling 105s for reps.

This other dude I saw 5'9 230-240 was seated military pressing 270 for good reps.

Most impressive lifts I have seen personally.
An Olympia contender (who never placed higher than 16th equal) do perfect form 315 bnp for 15 reps just after working up from 6 or 7 previous sets.
Watching one of my gym buddies at 6 foot 6 do ass to the grass squats with 615 for 12 reps.
Watch one of the world's strongest powerlifters who went into bodybuilding do 405 bench with no spotter for 12 reps with a pause on each at the bottom at a bodyweight of just on or over 225.
Watch one of the world's strongest female powerlifters who also went into bodybuilding do 315 for 6 reps with her legs bent and up in the air so her back was totally flat and she could use nothing but chest, arms and shoulders.

15 years ago a big looking good guy about about 30 6,2 280 lean squat 7 plates for 3 reps just below parralell, i mention his looks because the women used to throw themselves at him, he winked at me one day didnt think to much of it until my mate told me he was gay.I later found out that he was on about 5grams a week, i spoke to my freind interstate on the phone recently and hes still going to the gym benching 4 plates aside for a good number of reps. Not bad for 15 years straight.

This guy at my gym does 405 on flat bench for eight reps.  This after warming up with 225 and 315 respectively.  Next is the incline bench @ 315 for eight.  Same guy does seated 90lb. dumbell curls.  Not world class strength for getbig.com; but, pretty good for a natural who works 9-5.

I've seen a few impressive feats over the years in my gym over the years.

A few 600lb deadlifts, 500lb bench presses (for a double), 220lb dumbell shrugs, 1,200lb hammer machine shrugs (you can fit 765 on the bar plus two 200lb plus guys standing on each of the supports!), 1,500lb leg presses etc. All done by different guys over the years. Good stuff.

Never seen a woman bench 225 for more than a few reps and that is an absolute rarity.

Very rare.  I traind with a female powerlifter last year, and she repped 222+ w no problems.  She won her wt class at APF Nationals last year.
