Unless you're an athlete active in some sport, what else would you train for?
Even trying to get stronger all the time will just leave your body wrecked... using moderate weights, diet, and reasonable doses of steroids to get your goal physique is the only smart choice

I'm not getting paid to tackle people anytime soon Coach, and anybody else can argue the point....but every single guy I know that's in his mid 40s and 50s that was a powerlifter..pushed heavy weights all the time....is all fucked up. I hear it every day...Old gym dogs telling their tale of woe.. bad discs, torn bicep, knees are fucked....and I'm like "gee that's too bad, That's why I don't squat or deadlift under 10 reps..ever"
