Have not had a chance to read all these damn intelligent and interesting comments yet so this may have already been mentioned by 240 or Ronnie Rep or some other GetBigger... but there appears to be a great opportunity for a substantial court settlement regarding this situation and a huge fee for the lawyers involved.
I do know for a fact that even you are involved in a minor vehicle accident a lawyer will take you on as a client and send you to some medical office (usually somehow connect with that lawyer's firm) to substantiate a claim for 'damages' no matter how minor that 'damage' may be.
It could be possible that Martin did not make that decision on his own.

So, she and her hubby were offended and vowed to destroy Incognito for disrespecting her for it. They called the dude who hates the NFL the most, this attorney David Cornwall, recently jilted by the NFL for the prime job.
This dude assembles a nice narrative of the bullying, he figures he'll bend them over in court, the parents will get the win, Incognito will be ousted,and Martin gets to play the victim.
The reality here... thousands of texts between the two men. BOTH of them used family threats on an ongoing basis as part of the macho rowdiness of football or whatever else. BOTH did it.
