Sorry brother gotta disagree with you here. Element of surprise wins the battle and lessen the chances of you or your squad taking heavy casualties. I respect what you are saying but we'll have to agree to disagree on this one  :)

I do agree they shouldn't have filmed it. And I probably would have thrown out some loud "disclaimer" type sentences like "hey man I don't want to fight you" and "you are threatening me and my wife and I will be forced to defend myself if you don't go away" just so witness can hear it so when he touches me I'm clear to engage.

My cousin was a Force Recon sniper  & My Uncles were Marines in Vietnam and my younger brother was in the Army in Iraq , Needless to say we've NEVER had a convo about killing anyone.
