Seriously, do you know how many calories per day you eat and the macro splits? If not, perhaps starting there would be good, you might be surprised.

he pretends to dont know, but hes a smart guy, he knows exactly what hes doing.
it goes under the ppls radar that hes very lean all year.
that said, maybe hes really curious, or others are.
if you up the dosage, some more gains could happen on same foods.
if you up the food on same dosage, gains can happen, but one has to be honest as to when its too much fat that is gained.if that point is reached, up the dose.and maybe the food,a little bit.
that said, i dont count calories, after few years one knows what is too much or too little for them.
