Felt good back when I was 19 years old 

But I regret nothing, it ain't that serious. I did decent as a natty, but there are many that were better. I know guys that legitimately won their natty pro cards; something I could never do.  I love bodybuilding and will do it til I'm too old to move, but its only a small facet of my life. It's not even a hobby for me, it's just something I do day in day out on auto pilot because its fun.

imo marriage and kids have nothing to do with training.. one can keep his good shape if he trains 3 times a week, half an hour each!!!..

job, wife, kids... etc all these are excuses some ppl create as they are lazy to train.. i now work for myself but from 2001 till 2010 i was working for a big company and was returning home sometimes at 8 PM but i never stopped training.. i was waking up early and train at home before i go to work.. the best feeling ever!!..

a simple question,.. if i envy roiders for their better shape,.. size.. etc as you are saying why dont i do like them??.. i have good proportions and i am sure if i took drugs i could be easily a good bbr.. roids are available in my country and a lot of guys in my gym take so i can easy know from them what to take and from where i can get..

i am sure if i take roids i will look great but believe it or not i wont be happy with this great shape,.. actually i will hate it and i will lose my self respect.. something hard to explain but it's the truth.. and again i have no problem with those who choose to be unnatural..

as for nasser,.. when i first met him i was exactly 74 kg (now i am 71-72) and the following conversation took place between us:

small shalaby: yes man but i am only 74 kg.. i am naturally not big..
