Pretty much. It wasn't smart to give Jason toxic oral steroids in the first place. Then when Jason did a jason they dropped him. All class and loyalty at bsl. When Jason needed you most you dropped him.

im down about 80 from where I had my health problems, so I feel your pain.

honestly im doing zero cardio, just more intense workouts and on point with diet and its much more tolerable than other diets where I busted my ass doing cardio and ate more/shittied.
