I weight just over 200 lbs at 6ft, not ripped, but fairly toned, and alot of my friends weight like 170 or 160 at that height, so I'm considered to my college friends. To alot of guys, that big. What do you guys think?
Yeah I know in a hardcore gym thats not big
Do you really have to be a 250 lbs, shredded, juiced up freak to be considered big?





And whats healthier, being a toned, slim 200 lbs, or a 250 lbs juice head?
