OK, troll-time is over, I am not letting my good name on getbig perish because of that stud
He is wearing:
- Belt +10-20kg in front squats depending on how weak your back is... In front squats YOUR BACK ALWAYS GIVES UP BEFORE QUADS, whether that is lower back or upper back.
- Tight wraps +20kg to squats, he is an idiot to wear them though because in front squat YOUR BACK ALWAYS GIVES UP FIRST. On the contrary to common belief they give no safety.
- The style of grip he is using is retarded. This is only for extremely huge guys who have way too much muscle to use olympic grip and very, very strong upper back. Even if you are 300lbs shredded beast which this dude clearly is not, you can still use straps and imitate olympic grip. MUCH better.
- Depth... Stance... This is front squat, seriously, what the fuck.
Overall this dude has knowledge of a novice, his squats resemble mine from years back when I tried to learn front squats and he has status of a guru on one board I visit sometimes and my real life friends contribute to so I decided to put it here for laughs
