on one please speak more on this chicken/ice cream/peanut butter diet.
sure dude as you know gal and I advocate ultra low cal dieting.
the 2 lbs chicken breast is my daily protein intake and the rest of my cals I round out w 2 tsp of natural PB so I'm running around 1k cal days.
that being said there are days I have discovered my body will demand either sugars or sodium/ fats. instead of being a stubborn asshole and not listening to my body I will eat a handful of chips or a bowl of ice cream w the PB and j or sometimes both the chips and the ice cream. if I do both it'll take my cals up to 1500 or so. that's the advantage to dieting on such low cals. even a chest like that still leaves me in a 1500cal deficit and prevents 5-6k cal meltdown binges further down the road.
fighting the bodies demand for these things is stupid, not hardcore. the body is telling you hey asshole, I NEED sodium. or I NEED a rapidly transferable energy (sugar) cause your body fat is getting to low to conveniently pull it out. there's a huge difference in how much more easily your body converts fat to fuel when your say 8-9% as opposed to 5.
the trick is knowing the difference between actual demand and just wanting to eat for taste.
