To those guys who've asked me what I do for my legs : Squats and deadlifts, sometimes a few sets of leg extension, leg press and leg curl just as a bonus. Main excersise was and always will be the squat - heavy ass to the grass, both high and low reps. A few sets of front squats never hurt either...
