He would prefer 21 billion people all at war over limited resources than to find a way to effectively deal with the current population crisis.

Yeah, but the idea will never take off.  Women's need to reproduce is way too strong.  Women don't give a fuck about such things as population crises, they just want to cater to their maternal instincts.  I think statistically today’s human population is descended from twice as many women as men.   To get that kind of difference, you had to have something like, throughout the entire history of the human race, maybe 80% of women but only 40% of men reproducing.  Men opting out doesn't help, other men just father more children to more women.

Well first we would have to determine if they were genetically viable, obviously if they were your children, they probably wouldn't pass the necessary requirements, so unfortunately the 10% would have to kill them.  But don't worry, you wouldn't make it either, they would kill you too.  See it wouldn't be so bad afterall.
