Those pics of Ed are great. Bless the man's heart for staying with it.
He is an inspiration to everyone in the gym. Great guy to talk to. Gives everyone an autographed card and tells them "don't sell it on Ebay" ~ lol
He is always lifting the 120's ~ it does look scary sometimes as he struggles with them, but he lifts them nonetheless ~
If you ask him about why he lifts so heavy after so many heart issues, he say's "Because I can" and if you ask him what the doctors say, he say's "fuck them, I tell THEM what to do, they don't tell me"
Now all those guys that were told just to stick to cardio are out in the weight room where they belong. They figure if Ed can do it at 80, they should damn-well be able to do it at 50
