It's digested by acid. Much of it is eliminated and some enters your blood in small amounts. It's not put directly into your blood by injecting your muscles. Did you go to school on the small bus?
I don't know what "digested by acid" has to do with anything. MCT's as in Synthol aren't put directly into blood intentionally. If unintentionally then you get into the type of trouble Milos did.
That can and does happen occasionally with an anabolic steroid injection too and you will know within seconds, even before you pull the needle out. My only point was that I don't think medium chain triglycerides are toxic to organs per se. I doubt bodybuilders are killing their organs with fatty acids.
Now like I said some of these products contain other shit I don't know about, stuff that is there to make the oil stay in the muscle longer. That stuff may be toxic, haven't looked into it. Without claiming any type of expertise here I would speculate the main concern is damaging muscle tissue, whether due to fibrosis or even due to restricted oxygen delivery as some have suggested.
Many of these gurus like Palumbo have claimed that Synthol leaves the muscle in a matter of days, so it's a harmless way to "stretch the fascia" (which I think is BS on several levels)... but it seems obvious to me that this isn't always happening. Just look at the permanent disfigurement of a serious Synthol user. I think the reason for this is explained in what I linked above.
Just aesthetically speaking, I think Synthol is the worst thing a bodybuilder can do to his body. it never looks natural. The sellers all claim it will look completely normal if "done right" but I haven't seen a single case where you couldn't tell, where it looks like real muscle. I would have done Synthol by the gallon if I would have thought it could be done to look good. I don't give a shit about all these ridiculous moral objections like, "it's a lazy man's shortcut, it's not earned muscle" or whatever. IT JUST DOES NOT LOOK GOOD.
