BUT, who is the craziest of them all? Sebastian has been quietly crazy for years, but can present the illusion of normalcy when necessary.

Wiggs was an ordinary brotha up until recently but he's been displaying incredibly lunacy as of late.

Sev has higher average levels of insanity, but Wiggs has a higher peak. That's my take at least

I think there's more truth to what Sebastian is saying (not talking about the moon base specific). He may actually be right in a lot of details even though "the bigger picture" probably isn't all that accurate right now.

cleanest natural is into established theories that are known and many believe, not saying I do but there is millions who believe in these theories, where as Wiggs goes to the most uncommon theories where there is no basis and tries to tie in things as he sees fit. Big difference between the 2 IMO.

However Wiggs is not wrong with the UFO phenomenon and demonology

PS: there was a black hebrew race called "falasha". Maybe this is what he is talking about. They were a genetic creation.
