Dickerson was extremely impressive in 80.......very detailed with great tris and calves.....sensational posing presentation as well!


Also had a great showing in 81 and 82.......very deserving in my humble opinion.

Dickerson in 1980 also had that magical Blown-up "fullness" with still being so defined, really gave a scare to Arnold in the Olympia- deserved to win that one too!!
He was less impressive in following years...

I would see Chris Dickerson around town here a lot.  He and his boyfriend were always at Publix and walking along the beach.  Very nice guy, very humble.  Would answer any question you had and never made a big deal about himself or what he accomplished.

In the mid/late 80's he had a "Team" called the Tri Delta Pec Fraternity. True story. It was just the logo on his shirts. He gave me a red Tri Delta Pec Fraternity tank top once but I was always too fat aka a powerlifter to wear it.

I knew Chris from working out at Better Bodies, Powerhouse gym and Natural Physic gym years ago
He was almost shy but always graceful when approached unlike most of these bloated deebags today !
Someone I know had to pay for all his knee and hip surgeries a few years ago he's totally broke

And in fairly good health. Beckles I think is in his early 80's and is a personal trainer at Gold's in N. Hollywood from what I hear.
