science has established protein stresses the kidney

not conclusive tho as to whether how much is too much to do damage in ppl without history of kidney problems

the worst mistake is to let a dominant woman make school decisions

if a dad drops the ball here the kid is dead meat

destined to be dominated by others unless he has some sort of very rare self organization skills like Mathilda, but that was a children's movie not real life

Oh yeah.  Females and the homo teachers at school teach boys to NEVER fight for any reason.  This nonsense is instilled in them at the worst time..right when they are most impressionable.  A boy should be taught by a man, preferably his father, that this world is brutal and the fittest are the ones that are successful.  Fighting for yourself and your family is not just important, it is REQUIRED if you want to be happy and successful.  Save your love for your family and people who have earned it.

I don't know who Paul Grent is but Paul Grant died from kidney problems. He came in third in the 1975 Heavy Mr. Universe.

I think it's a couple of things. One could be high blood pressure from using steroids, high body weights and lifting heavy weights that spikes blood pressure even in normal people. Second is oil injections. The kidney can't be flooded with all that oil and not fail.  Lastly is diuretics.

well, it is, as long they kidney works fine.

one rule is dont be too shredded all the time.its almost impossible to stay hdrated well at all times when so lean.

other rule, only use "safe" doses ,which is broad broad general term.bc at one side of spectrum one can still be shredded on low doses anytime, while the other side of spectrum being too fat and of too high blood pressure permanently will do the kidneys in too.

btw mine are fine, they just had bit hard time keeping up with the detoxifying process.

whats realy scary is, the bbuilders seem often to blow out both kidneys.if "just" one fails, youre still ok,can live.but they blow them both out.

Great info Gal! I just had the worst month of my life pain wise. Kidney stones. Horrible low right back pain. I hurt every second of every day for 30 days straight. Felt like I was being stabbed in my L5 and S1 with a sword.  :(

We both are talking about the same Paul. Typo. :)

see the pictures of the kidneys? my pain was far below that. right side. almost at my butt. around l5 and s1 area

so that is why I thought it was my back

but like esf, when I checked my back, it was good to go (he went to squat rack and blasted legs)... and you wait for your back to blow out... but hey, you are fucking good to go... no way you can squat with a bad back... you will be stopped in your fucking tracks... then you are in bed and you feel like you have to take a piss, but you can tell that it is going to burn... and then you finally go and piss, and it really burns...

to me, the kidney stones were more about the back pain they caused though, and not so much the piss hurting...

after all of those tests in the hospital, they said that I must have passed them, because I had none left and that my kidneys looked great...

but jesus, did I feel horrible for 30 days straight... I hurt every second of every day... and I have blown out both knees, etc... so I know pain all too well... nothing hurt like this... I wanted to cry and not move or breathe... then when I felt like I had to vomit, I had a fever of 104, then I got the chills, I felt sea sick, etc    I knew it had to be the organs and not just low right back pain... my body was screaming at me and trying to tell me that I was ill... I refused to take pain meds because I wanted to know that I was in pain and whether I was getting better, staying the same, or getting worse...

Some people with bad kidneys when they urinate their urine looks like soapy water.  I'm not a doctor disclaimer.

I drank a lot of water, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, in addition to anti biotics

this and time... time to rest, and time to heal...

no... no foam... when esf said he pissed, it was dark brown... mine was never abnormal... the only sign that I got, was the horrible back pain out of no where... no trauma... no injury at all... just felt like some one stabbed me in the low right back with a sword...

ps, as I was getting better... after all of the doctor visits, hospital time, etc... I could feel my kidneys itching... my right kidney actually... like it was a scab trying to get better... very creepy to have a wound itch from the in side... no way to scratch it...

I think gals was more an issue of holding 4.0% for a few years straight.

Anything excessive wont be good.

We need fat for our own safety. 50 grams/day protein is adequate.

This should be printed out as a document and handed to all new parents in maternity wards upon birth of the child.  Especially masculine ones.

Masculine ones?  Like a masculine girl?

I'll bet you put mayo on your hot dogs.
