It's perfect for a bodybuilder...

You can walk across for gear and take all you want legally.
And there's nothing to do there except eat really good Mexican food and workout.

I would get huge in El Paso.

For all intents and purposes, El Paso is a third-world city. Sure, it's technically north of the border, but if you look around, you'd swear you were in some third-world shithole. You could do the same thing you're describing living in San Diego, which is much nicer.

In El Paso you either count tumbleweeds or workout...
