Mensa,Bradord presses are done by taking a barbell either seated or standing,and pressing it to the front,but,as the bar reaches the top of the head,you lower it behind your neck,then just clearing the top of the head again,lower it to the front.

Thus you are pressing front,then back behind the neck,never locking out,just clearing the top of the head......great continuous tension if done smoothly.

Got two motorcycles from him, inherited is the word. Yamaha's a 1100 and a 550 much better than getting two rickshaw's. You got to take steroids to ride the 1100 it weighs like 700lbs a twink cant handle it.
