The genocide has started, and it was started by those who promote the breed. I believe in grandfathering the breed out of existence, this means mandatory sterilisation and yes breed bans, that way in a generation there won't be any pitbulls. There is a good reason you don't hear of pet bear, lion and tiger attacks in suburbia, this has something to do with ownership of such animals is either heavily restricted or prohibited.
I look forward to your generic propaganda about the breed, that even though they regularly maim maul and kill children they are the ideal Nanny, and it's all how you raise them, and that even though they were historically and still are purposefully bred to be the ultimate fighting breed of dog, that genetics don't matter. Breed specific behaviour such as Pointing in Pointers, or nipping the heels of livestock in Heelers is acknowledged with all other breeds but Pitbulls. Why is that?
