Limit the amount of interaction prisoners have with each other.  Segregate all prisons to decrease violence.  Cameras in all the cells.

I disagree. I think we give them the shittiest food we can get away with. High fat and sugar, no weights or activities. I'd like to see them get access to free tobacco and receive only basic medical care. Anything above that should have to be paid for by relatives if they want to.
